Synopsis

In a world in constant transformation, where migratory flows and cultural globalization are increasingly intense, the need for intercultural training in Nursing becomes imperative and even obligatory. Cultural diversity enriches our societies, but also poses challenges in terms of communication, understanding and access to health services. Nursing professionals, as the first interlocutors of patients, play a crucial role in building relationships based on trust and mutual respect. In this sense, the present research has as its general objective to analyze the development of professional training from an intercultural approach, in times of social transformation of the Nursing graduate.
