Synopsis

Student satisfaction and institutional commitment are two key constructs in higher education, closely related to academic success, persistence, and student well-being. Understanding the dynamics between both constructs, the factors that influence them, and strategies to strengthen them is essential for universities seeking to improve the quality of education and promote a positive academic environment. This book addresses the relationship between student satisfaction and institutional commitment, offering a theoretical and practical perspective, based on research and a review of specialized literature. The study serves as a starting point for the analysis of the relationship between both constructs in a real context.
