Synopsis

Managerial training in accounting and finance has become crucial to the success of organizations. Managers, regardless of their area of expertise, need a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and risk management strategies to make informed decisions that drive company growth and sustainability. Accounting research, by analyzing accounting practices, the quality of financial information, and the challenges companies face in managing their financial resources, can contribute to the development of public policies and business strategies that promote the sustainable development of the business sector.
This book focuses on the analysis of accounting as a substantial and financial element in the management of private sector companies, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), a fundamental driver for economic and social growth. The book is structured in four chapters that address different aspects of accounting and its impact on business management.
