Synopsis

Nowadays, there are methods that make the educational system a better achievement for the generations of new specialists in the different branches of pure sciences and social sciences. The appreciation that is made is aimed at eloquently increasing the quality management of universities at a national level. In this sense, the stated approaches are perfectly outlined in four chapters referring to the role of the teacher from the point of view of education, its leadership, forms and types. On the other hand, there are elements in which the authors contradict each other because at the pedagogical level they express that it is necessary to apply an authoritarian type of leadership, while others suggest flexibility in education. Starting from the studies carried out by Paulo Freire, for example, however, in the modern era education is a fundamental element to achieve quality objectives and although university management does not guarantee the quality of this, it does make it advance to the new educational projects.
