Synopsis

Currently, mining companies are looking for new mechanisms to improve their productivity and competitiveness in the market. Given the changes in accident rates over the last decade, it is important to promote health and safety management to ensure organizational continuity and success. The main objective is not to have accidents.
Therefore, a study is proposed that compares the relationship between neurolinguistic programming and the prevention of work accidents, a proposal that reveals the goals of various organizations in our mining industry. This relationship takes into account the learning styles of the collaborators, from which teaching strategies are determined and “coaching” activities are offered on the interactive NLP platform.
The importance of the book, on the one hand, lies in its offering of components that can boost the capabilities of collaborators using NLP. On the other hand, this is relevant to make workers aware of correctly carrying out the assigned activities. Taking into account the attitudes of employees, their objective of influencing the good safety culture of the company, the statistical change and the efficiency of production, this book aims to determine the relationship between neurolinguistic programming and accident prevention labor in the Alpayana – Casapalca mining unit.
